US Family Visa K-1. Appointment

a bride or groom wishing to come to the United States to marry an American citizen (citizen) within 90 days;

US Family K-1 Visa – Requirements and Documents
Requirements.
You are eligible for a K-1 visa if:
You and your fiancé (bride) are legally entitled to marry under the laws of your country and the laws of the United States;
You will be legally married to an American citizen (citizen) within 90 days of your arrival in the United States;
You intend to enter the United States solely to be married to an American citizen;
You met your future American spouse two years before applying for a K-1 visa. However, this requirement can be canceled only if this meeting is very difficult for you. Documents for registration.
Applying for a K-1 Visa
Your American fiancé must submit the K-1 Visa Application on your behalf to the American Immigration Center (USCIS) with the following documents attached:
Form I-129F – K-1 Visa Application (If you have unmarried children under the age of 21, they are eligible to accompany you, but only if they are listed on this form),
Proof of your US citizenship – this can be an original US Birth Certificate, US passport, Certificate of Naturalization, or Certificate of Citizenship;
Two sheets of Form G-325A – Biographical Information (for both of you);
Your joint color photo taken within the last 30 days;
Copies of any Divorce Certificates, Death Certificates, or Marriage Cancellations, if any;
Marriage permit, if any age restrictions K-1 Visa – Obtained at the American Consulate
Once USCIS approves the K-1 Visa Application, you can start applying for a K-1 visa at the American Consulate. The application is valid for four months and can be re-approved by the Consulate officer.
The Consulate Officer will notify you when the Application is approved and provide you with the required forms to apply for a K-1 visa. You may have to provide the following documents when you apply for a K-1 visa at the American Consulate:
valid passport;
a copy of your Birth Certificate;
copies of any Divorce Certificates, Death Certificates, or Marriage Cancellations, if any;
Police certificate from all places where you have lived since the age of 16;
Medical examination;
Evidence that you have support from the groom (bride);
Evidence of a real relationship with your fiancé (bride) – joint photos, phone bills, correspondence, etc .;

US Family Visa K-1. Duration of stay
You must be married to an American citizen within 90 days of arriving in the United States. Once the marriage is completed in the United States, you must change your status to permanent resident status.
Important! The status of category K cannot be changed to any other. If the marriage is not contracted within the permitted duration of the visa, the holder of K status must leave the United States. Otherwise, he must be deported (sent out of the country).
Visa for children of K-1 visa holder. Your unmarried children get K-2 status if they are listed on the US K-1 Visa Application. A separate Petition is not required if the children are accompanying or following you within one year from the date of the issuance of the K-1 visa. After this period, a separate immigration petition is required. They may also be eligible to work during their stay in the United States.
