US Family Visa O-3. Family of O-1 and O-2 Visa Holders

US Family Visa O-3. Purpose:

for the spouses and children of the holder of O-1, O-2 status who wish to accompany him in the United States, or visit him during his stay in the states.

US Family Visa O-3. Advantages

You can:

is permanently in the USA with your family;
travel within and outside the United States on short trips;
receive partial and full training in the United States, but you cannot:
apply for a job in the United States;
stay in the United States longer than your O-1 or O-2 visa holder.

US Family Visa O-3. Documents for visa O-3:

Documents for an O-3 visa must be submitted together with documents for an O-1 or O-2 visa. These documents include:

Work Permit Form I-797A or B (permit sent to your employer when the petition is approved) for an O-1 or O-2 visa applicant.
Form DS-160 – Application for a Nonimmigrant Visa;
a copy of a passport that is valid for at least six months outside the period of stay in the United States and with at least one blank page;
two identical color photographs on a light background showing the entire face without head covering. You can wear a headdress if required by the religious community of which you are a member.
